I *think* this is the one that started with promise - conjuring eighties music and clothes and atmosphere - but then shrivelled and died, a forgettable and unaccomplished "If Nobody Speaks of Remarkable Things" wannabe. Still, it was Christmas so it was Xmas Book Swap night.
